If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days to contact us at info@woodasunglasses.com and we will give you a return shipping number.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Would you like to return the glasses? Don’t worry, no problem.

  • You have 30 days of reflection after receiving the product.
  • Do you want to exchange the product? You will be able to exchange your glasses for free, the glasses will be sent to you once you have received the product.
  • Would you prefer a refund? Within three days after receipt of the sunglasses we will refund you.
  • Are the sunglasses damaged after 30 days? In that case you have a minimum of 2 years warranty on it. Write to us.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to contact us using the form or at info@woodasunglasses.com and we will tell you how to return it.

The product must be returned as it arrived, in its original packaging with all its accessories, suede, jute bag, box and documentation.

  • Any item that does not arrive in perfect condition will not be refunded.
  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the product has arrived in bad condition, the return will be free of charge for the customer.
  • No returns will be accepted in which it is observed that the product has marks of use and is not in its original state.

Steps to follow

  1. Please contact us using the form or email address info@woodasunglasses.com to detail the incident or return, order number, reason and items you wish to return.
  2. We will shortly let you know how to proceed with the return of the order.
  3. Wrap the product as you received it with everything that came inside, and precinct it properly, putting the address and make the shipment in your shipping office of confidence.
  4. As soon as we receive the product and make the appropriate checks, we will refund your credit card within 18 working days.
