Don't worry, there is no problem.

  • You have 30 days of reflection after receiving the product.
  • Do you want to exchange the product? You will be able to exchange your glasses for free, the glasses will be sent to you once the product is received.
  • Would you prefer to get your money back? Within three days after receipt of the sunglasses we will refund you.
  • Have the sunglasses been damaged after 30 days? In that case you have a minimum of 2 years warranty on it. Write to us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to contact us using the form or at [email protected] and we will tell you how to return it.

The product must be returned as it arrived, in its original packaging with all its accessories, suede, jute bag, box and documentation.

  • No item will be credited unless it arrives in perfect condition.
  • The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.
  • If the product has arrived in bad condition the return will be without cost for the customer.
  • No returns will be accepted if the product shows signs of use and is not in its original condition.

You can change the glasses for others of the same value, if not you will have to pay the difference.

  2. We will shortly inform you how to proceed with the return of your order.
  3. Wrap the product as it arrived with everything that came inside, and pre-pack it properly, address it and ship it to your trusted shipping office.
  4. As soon as we receive the product and make the relevant checks, we will return it to your credit card within 18 working days.

After receiving the sunglasses, we will check that they are in good condition and issue the refund. Normally it takes 3 to 5 working days. But in the case of PayPal it is immediate.
