At Wooda Sunglasses we take the quality of our products and your satisfaction very seriously. That's why, in addition to offering unique handmade glasses made with the best materials, we also provide you with an after-sales service you can trust.

We want you to have peace of mind, because your happiness is also ours.

✅ Our warranty covers:

• Hinge malfunctions.
• Defects in the frame or lenses.
• Wood grains in bad condition.

❌ Our warranty does not cover:

• Broken or scratched lenses.
• Damage to the frame due to improper use.

Unique product

Please note that, as we work with natural wood, each piece is unique. This means that the product may present variations in grain, tone or color with respect to the images shown on the web. These differences are not considered defects, but a natural characteristic of a handcrafted item.

Repair and replacement

Wooda Sunglasses Ibiza is responsible for any manufacturing fault or malfunction. In that case, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you, including the shipping costs of the repaired or replaced product.

Important: The shipping cost to get the product to us is paid by the customer. From there, we take care of the rest.
