Delivery times
Delivery times begin 24 working hours after the date of purchase. No deliveries are made or counted as working days on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays (national, regional or local), both at the destination and at the location of our warehouse/logistics center.
During sales periods , special promotions or specific campaigns, there may be occasional delays in delivery times. In addition, circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, logistical incidents or deliveries in rural areas or areas that are difficult to access, may have an impact.
Delivery restrictions
For security reasons, we do not ship to:
- Post Office Boxes
- Hotels, aparthotels or residences
- Tourist apartments
- Transportation agencies
- Logistics platforms or similar addresses

Transportation companies
- European Union: All orders are shipped via DHL parcel service.
- Outside the EU: Orders are handled through Correos España.
- Warranties or repairs: Products sent for warranty or repair procedures are handled by Correos España (a national public company), so lead times may be longer.
