  • You have 30 days of reflection after receiving the product.<\/li>
  • Do you want to exchange the product? You will be able to exchange your glasses for free, the glasses will be sent to you once the product is received. <\/li>
  • Would you prefer to get your money back? Within three days after receipt of the sunglasses we will refund you. <\/li>
  • Have the sunglasses been damaged after 30 days? In that case you have a minimum of 2 years warranty on it. Write to us. <\/li><\/ul>

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to contact us using the form or at help@woodasunglasses.com and we will tell you how to return it.<\/p>

    The product must be returned as it arrived, in its original packaging with all its accessories, suede, jute bag, box and documentation.<\/p>

    • No item will be credited unless it arrives in perfect condition.<\/li>
    • The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.<\/li>
    • If the product has arrived in bad condition the return will be without cost for the customer.<\/li>
    • No returns will be accepted if the product shows signs of use and is not in its original condition.<\/li><\/ul>

      You can change the glasses for others of the same value, if not you will have to pay the difference.<\/h2>

      3. Wrap the product as it arrived with everything that came inside, and pre-pack it properly, address it and ship it to your trusted shipping office.<\/li>
